By means of the LBC technology, the VENTIS-3015AJe can cut holes up to 2.5 mm Ø without axis movement. This guarantees almost 100% roundness of the holes and a very high sheet flatness.
In this example, 29,000 holes are cut in 3 mm stainless steel (1.4301) with a hole diameter of 1 mm each in about 78 minutes. See for yourself…
