Delivery of an ENSIS-3015RI fiber laser with tube axis at S&S Schmiedl und Söhne Metallbau

The ENSIS-3015RI fiber laser system is ideally suited for processing large-sized sheet metal parts but also round materials as well as profiles made of different materials. The machine’s laser has a powerful autofocus system that enables automatic tracking of the laser beam during cutting. This ensures consistently high quality with different material thicknesses. The ENSIS-3015RI fiber laser system with variable beam adjustment allows on-the-fly switching between thin and thick sheet processing. The tube axis system has two synchronously drives and a high-speed Z-axis control which ensure very high accuracy. With the pipe axis, round, square and rectangular pipes as well as channel and angle profiles can be cut without any problems. The changeover from flatbed mode to pipe axis mode is fully automatic and takes less than 2 minutes.
